Automating a trapdoor in a bomb shelter of the spanish civil war

This air raid shelter from the Civil War, located in Cambrils (Tarragona, Spain), installed by the company Tecnomat, consists of two covers. The opening and closing are installed with two units from the Linear Series 3LC Reference: 3LC33RT250A3A2.
In order to make this complex job, we have done a special modification to the units to perform a vertical movement. The units can sustain without difficulty the weight of the door to accessing and make the visit safely guided.
This refuge was built in 1938 to protect the population from bombing during the Spanish Civil War. He is currently the only public air raid shelter preserved in Cambrils. It is for this reason that it has come to make it a place linked to the historical memory of the city. It covers an area of ​​90 meters below the Reus Street, where it is located.
